We have been making updates to the Community.

• Lights have been repaired in the pool area.
• Additional lights have been added to the pathway near the tennis courts from the clubhouse.
• The Parkside community outside wall has been pressure washed, overgrown plants have been trimmed back and then the wall has been painted.
• A new rust proof solution from Cepra will ensure irrigation avoids rust staining from wells.
• All palm trees across the community have been pruned and trimmed back. 
• New mulch has been added throughout the community starting with Club house area.
• New Plants were Planted in the clubhouse area.
• We have hired a vendor to do the holiday lights.

We are researching/ starting the following Projects.

• We are researching speeding issues around the community and looking for community volunteers. Please connect with us if you are interested.
• We are looking at planning for upcoming pool updates (bring it up to code/ resurfacing that is required as the community gets 10 years old) and clubhouse updates and upkeep.
• We are looking for volunteers to start various clubs in the community like biking club, running club, seniors club, yoga club and any other suggestions you may have.
• We are looking to hire an events management company to assist with Parkside events.
• We are getting quotes on the playground mulch and looking into better options than wood chips.
• We are getting quotes for pressure washing sidewalks and gazebo.
