• There was a board meeting on March 29, 2022.  Please log in to your resident portal to find detailed meeting minutes. 

• The board is actively working on enhancement and upkeep of the community. 

• The Clubhouse and pool premises were pressure washed in getting ready for the summer, and the playground area was mulched. 

• The walking entrance (towards Sand Lake Elementary School) also has enhancements and upkeep planned for the landscaping, and the board is looking for quotes to fix the soccer field near the clubhouse.

• With the help of volunteers from the community, the board has decided to open the clubhouse on the first Friday evening of every month.  This is dependent on having a resident volunteer sign up to make sure the clubhouse premises is safe and secure and only used by the residents during the open clubhouse.  There was one open clubhouse on April 01 from 6 to 10 PM.  There is another one planned for Friday May 06, 2022 from 6 to 10 PM.  

• We are looking for volunteers for Security and Traffic Committees to improve these aspects in the community. Please contact us if you are interested to volunteer.
