We had an Annual Meeting on Monday, January 24, 2022. The meeting began with an extensive discussion with attorneys for OCPS (Commissioner Wilson) joined a bit later regarding the middle school that is scheduled to open in 2028. OCPS advised that its engineers have concluded the main point of entry for parents needs to be on Buenavista Woods Boulevard and is asking Parkside HOA to consider selling or leasing or otherwise granting an easement on the strip of land it owns for that purpose.  This was very preliminary discussion – additional follow up meetings/discussions are being planned.
